🔁 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be included
• Item must not be damaged, washed, or altered

Returns are accepted in the following cases:
• Wrong item received
• Defective or damaged product
• Incorrect size or fitting issue
🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable courier service
• No restocking fee will be charged
🔄 Exchanges (Size Issues)
• Size exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
• For exchanges, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse.
• The customer must also pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.
• We will dispatch the new item once the returned product is received and inspected.
💰 Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund
• After 24 hours, orders go into processing and cannot be canceled
